Most of the time, posture remains unnoticed.
The body sits, stands, or moves without drawing attention to its position. The arrangement of shoulders, hands, and the direction of the head continues quietly in the background.
Then, sometimes, it becomes noticeable.
Not because it is uncomfortable.
Not because it needs to change.
Only because it appears.
The position of a hand resting on a surface. The angle of the back against a chair. The way the body occupies a space without needing to move.
There is no clear reason for this awareness to begin.
It does not arrive as a decision.
And often, it does not lead to any adjustment.
The posture remains as it is, even while being noticed.
After a short while, the awareness fades again, and the body returns to its usual quiet background.
